Hi there,

When my circumstances changed I phoned moonbeever in the first instance and explained and they were really helpful. They said that the change agreed would take place immediately even if RTLU had not yet dealt with the request. A few weeks later I received a letter from moonbeever to say my request for a reduction had been approved. As long as you have spoken to someone either at moonbeever or RTLU, I would go ahead with the DD change. I'm sure it will be okay. In my own experience moonbeever were really helpful and understanding and even though my original IPA was £240, by the last 6 months of my IPA it was eventually reduced to nil.
