Hi,

I don't know anything about the form or procedure, but debtinfo may see your post and be able to answer for you.

The best people to ask regarding help filling in an annulment form is probably an Insolvency Practitioner, some will give an hours free consultation but they are proffesionals and inevitably if you want them to do work for you they will charge, for the actual cost of the application you can ask your local court.

Form 7.1Ais relativelystraight forward, but it should be accompanied by a statement of truth which will be more detailed, Have you thought what grounds you are making the application on and the timelines for service, if not then i do suggest that you do seek some avice even if you have to pay for it
