i have a creditor chasing me 6 years after my bancruptcy, they wont stop ringing me, everyday, i dont have any documents regarding the bancruptcy anymore as its so long ago and this came out of the blue i dont know what to do but i did think i was protected from them ? please help

Hi,

If it was a provable debt and pre bankruptcy, then they shouldn't be chasing you, but sometimes this happens.

Have you told them that you have declared bankruptcy?

You can contact the court where you were made bankrupt and ask for the details of your bankruptcy.
