i live with a man who has gone bankrupt, we have 2 children together and i have lived in the house for 13 years, he has lived there for 17 years. i am not on the mortgage but have paid the council tax bill for a few years. how can i show an interest in the house

Have you worked in the time you have been together and paid towards the mortgage?

How much equity is in the house at the moment?
