I found one online for the BR Petition as like you I couldn't make head nor tale of the guidance notes. But do allow the experts here to guide you though too they are both excellent :)
I am trying to have a CCJ set aside I have a N244 Sample form and a affidavit sample form aswell. The notes on how to fill these out are not clear and would prefer to get it right first time. Any help on filling these out would be great. Many Thanks
