If I went down the road of declaring myself Bankrupt would this take into account all my debts including Bank debts and overdraft and credit cards?

Hi Pauline,

Yes, overdraft and credit cards are included.

Make sure you take advice as to all your options.

I had a £800 OD and about £3000 on cards which I put into the BR.

I will actually clarify that - court fines, CSA debts, stundent loans are not included.
