since loseing my job in feb 2012 i was on a debt repayment for my creditors now i am on bennifits i am struggleling to live and have defaulted on my debt repayment scheme i have so many debts now it is affecting my health and dont know which way to turn i was advised by citizen advise to go bankrupt throu the courts but can not afford the out lay

Hi and welcome

If you are on certain benefits then you can get a reduction for the fees.

Otherwise, there are some companies that can help you out with BR fees and CAB should be able to assist with these.
