Hi I made myself bankrupt and the IP were not interested in my car on Hire purchase and I have a letter to say they have no interest in it, and I was allowed to keep the car and carry on paying the finance. My question is can I claim for the PPI I was made to take out as I am now discharged and have a letter that the bankruptcy were not interested in the car or the finance.
