| Advice needed, can anyone help me with a little advice,was working as a fisherman on a self employed basis,then changed my job,and set a ltd company up,this was done for about 5 months,then went and took another job for another company on a PAYE basis,now the thing is iam in alot of debt,and have a Very high Tax bill from when i was fishing,iam going bankrupt and would like to know should i include the LTD company in my bankruptcy? |

Bankruptcy won't deal with the limited company debts unless you gave personal guarantees.
