hi there, 2 months ago i split up from my wife and have moved out of the family home into rented accomodation and am worried that because my name is currently still on the mortgage with my ex wife that this could have an effect on her?

If you are bankrupt or an IVA then any joint debts will impact on her credit rating.

Is there equity in the property cos the OR will expect your half.
