we have been paying a debt which was orginally taken out with the hsbc and is now owned by Largo the asked us to increase the amount of £10 per mmonth which we where unable to do we have never defaulted on the payment they are now goin to male us bankrupt for the full amount unless i pay £1400 now and £50 pm there after i have suggested a charging order on my my property which they have refused they have also said that they would not accept an IVA your advice would be greatly appreciated
going to be made bankrupt for full amount of debt
