I received a CCJ which I did not pay. The Sherrif's office visited me and I have agreed to pay £250 per month but the judgement has now increased from £4700 to over £6000. They told me that they have been trying to find me but I have not received any mail about this (and I was having my mail redirected). i am unable to pay this amount but I felt pressured to make the payment by the person that visited me. They did not tell me that there were additional charges and I feel that they haven't followed the process they should have.
