I have just moved in with my girlfriend.
Do I need to supply my partners details for bankruptcy review ?

Hi Kenny,

If you are currently bankrupt then you do have to inform the OR of any changes, so yes, give them a call and they will send you a new income and expenditure.

Are you paying an IPA?

You dont have to supply your partners details, but if you dont, they will assume they are paying half of all bills.
