Good morning.

Bankrupt Aug 2008. discharged Aug2009. charging order for BI Aug 2011.

This morning we recieved a letter each from land registry informing us that RTLU has applied for a restriction. "no disposition of the registered estate other than a disposition by the proprietorof any registered charge....

Is this a normal run of the mill letter following a charging order? (bit late) or is this something that we should be concerned about...forced sale perhaps?

no, it just stops you selling the property without paying the charge, the mortgage company will also have a similar thing from when that was attached against the house
