Hi secctio 3.1 question 9 ,do I put my home down here even if negative equity,also what is fixtures and fittings

yes you do put the house down

fixtures and fittings really mainly applies to business premesis, it is the all the tables chairs light fittings etc that you put in a property, but for your own house those items are exempt from the bankruptcy
