hi,i was made bankrupt in 2008 but did not declare a property i own,my wife died in the house in 1997 and i abandoned it,the house has been empty since,i went to gift it to my son but a search has shown up that i am bankrupt.is there any way i can give the property away or will i end up with someone taking it of me.thanks.john
There are strict rules on when the OR/Trustee become aware of a property.
