I am in court tomorrow as a petition has been filed for bankruptcy. Please advise what my options are

Hi Teresa,

How much debt do you have? What assets do you have? Do you have any disposable income left over at the end of the month? Who is filing for your bankruptcy?

I suggest you speak to an expert asap.
