Hi Karen,

Is the debt under £15,000? If it is, depending on your circumstances, then you may qualify for a debt relief order.

Do you see your income changing for the better over the next 12 months? Do you have any assets?

I suggest you contact an expert on here for advice or make an appointment at your local CAB.

Hi Karen

If you do not have any assets a Debt Relief Order might be the way forward for you.

This will cost £90 so seek some advice to look at your options
