Help with Bankruptcy forms please if anyone has the time...

On 6.27 - q 4(iii) does an informal arrangement for token payments count as a 'voluntary arrangement'? And do I put the year this all started?

Also, on the SOA:

Q:3.1.5 - Do I list Tools of Trade individually?

3.2: Is Life insurance the same as a life policy?

3.10 - A Field Officer from HMRC visited me at home, is this classed as a bailiff visit as they have bailiff powers?

6.9 - Is your income tax ref nukmber the same as your UTR from self employment? POr is it something different now I am in PAYE employment?

Thats it, thank you in anticipation

A xx

Hi Alison,

No, this is for an IVA.

It really depends on the value of them, if you have any of significant value, then yes, list them seperately. what business are you in?

Yes

Did they take anything from your home? If so, pop it down.

Yes

For the tools of trade, I put down some of the more expensive items, and then wrote plus associated tools.
I put down a total amount rather than individual figures.

When the valued came to look at my tools, vehicles and stock, he basically said Id over estimated them all.
