once the court declares a person bankrupt does the bankrpupt still owe his debtors and if so will all his belongings be seized?

Hi John,

All assets are at risk once bankrupt, but this isn't everything you own.

Your debts are written off but you may pay a monthly payment for 3 years if you can afford to.
