this is how my banruptcy went today
go to the court in good time,i have a 9am appointment,a bit scared going in,was shown through to a small room in the court and waited,at 9am on the dot a lady comes and takes me through to another room, askes to see my paperwork the whole of nealy 100 pages, takes 5 minutes looking through them, then askes me ,have i sort advice on my fanancial debts, yes i say you can see one of my creditors is an iva company, then she tells me at least 50% of bankruptcys in that court are people who have entered into an iva,im keeping my mouth shut i just want to get out of there i sign the forms and she tells me to wait upstairs whilst the judge looks over my paperwork at 10am she comes and gives me my paperwork to say im now bankrupt, all i have now to do is a phone call from the courts which she said would last about 30 minutes,im to ring the court tomorrow to book a time and day as im working and cannot take a call whilst driving
so in 60 minutes im done and dusted,it now feels like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and now i can start again in life my thanks go out to all the posters on my threads over the past few months but a huge thank you to
viki warbrooke of vincent bond who helped me through this and my numorous e-mails to her it was worth paying vincent bond £350 to do all the paperwork and get advice from viki when i needed it

Congratulations Terry. Good luck for the future.

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again

Glad it went well Terry and good to see Viki getting some well deserved praise.

The more I have to do with humans the more I think that the world would be a better place if it was run by animals.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
