Hi all, Mazz here, how are you ? Finally made BR yesterday after 10 months wait ! Lost my date last week as funds did not get into my account in time due to technical difficulties at the bank. I was sat in the middle of a courtroom in front of the judge, a bit intimidating ! However, I know that`s the easy bit. the OR is yet to come ! I thought I had to wait for contact from the OR but on the bottom of the order it said I had to make contact immediately. I `phoned today, they took my name & `phone no & said the OR will be in touch in a few days to arrange a telephone or possible face to face interview. What will the OR need to know or see ? How far back do they need to go on bank & pension statements etc as I may have to get copies. What else will I need & do I need to let creditors know ? I can hardly believe the end in almost in sight. Take care Mazz x
You should have your statements etc to hand if you have them plus your I&E. If there is something you're not sure about then the OR can check it out for you.

They will write to you Mazz and request everything they want before your meeting. Just make sure you have your statement of affairs in front of you when you have your phone meeting.
The more I have to do with humans the more I think that the world would be a better place if it was run by animals.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
