The bank has issued a cheque but its on insolvency service name because they said im on currently on bankrupt.they have also deducted some money from the ppi claim to pay my outstanding balance loan.i called the bank and telling them i was discharged already from bankrupt.they ask me to send a certificate of discharge then they will able to put the cheque into my name.i am not really sure if i can get that ppi claim or will it go to my or. Many thanks
No the PPI claim belongs to the OR and the bankruptcy, you could get into serious trouble if you take the money, you should contact your OR immediately
How long can they do that for? Can they just nip up in 20 years time and demand it all from discharge till then?
that tell sme the debts are never actually written off which means the whole thing is advertised as a farce. If they can just pop up when your doing well and take things your never really debt free!
The more I have to do with humans the more I think that the world would be a better place if it was run by animals.
