MY WIFE WANTS TO FILE BANKRUPTCY BUT HAVE A QUESTION WE HAVE A CAR FINANCED IN BOTH OUR NAMES BUT CAR IS REGISTERED TO ME WHAT HAPPENS CAN I STILL KEEP IT AND SHE DOES NOT FILE THAT IS ONE OF HER DEBTS SHE HAS NO INCOME AT ALL

Hi,

What type of finance is it? How much is owed and what is the value of the car? Who pays the finance, you, her or both? Who drives it?
