I went bankrupt on October 2008 and was discharged in October 2009.
I am now entitled to collect my works pension this month because I am 55 years of age. It will be a lump sum plus monthly payments. Is this pension safe,can anyone touch it.

I think you are ok now you are discharged but hopefully one of the experts will be along to help.
