Hi and welcome to the forum.

You obviously have an Income Payment Agreement and this will be in force for three years from the date you were discharged I believe. This means that it will finish in 2014.

Hi Yvonne,

Was this a nil tax income payment agreement, or an income payment agreement?

As Niobe has said, you are in an IPA for 3 years from the start, so calculate 36 months from your first payment, and that will be your last. If your income change during the IPA, you must tell the OR.

If your circumstances have changed then you will need to contact the OR and fill in a new income and expenditure form. they will want to see that your husband is paying his fair share of the household bills. If you then have no surplus, then your payments will stop, or if you have less surplus, then they can be reduced. Although, if you have less surplus, if you are only paying £31 now, it's more than likely they will stop.
