Hi All,

My other half was made BR on 8th Aug 2012, she has recently received a letter from the OR saying he intends to write to the Secretary of State for Business for approval that he can be released as OR? Does this mean she has been discharged from BR?

Thanks

I assume that she is looking for an early discharge for her. I believe she will receive further notification if she has.

no it doesent necessarily mean that, release as trustee just means that they have finished the admin part of being the trustee it doesent affect your discharge at all, sometimes but not always it is done at the same time as early discharge
