Hi All

Received a letter today from lawyers acting for my previous employer who I left well over a year ago. They alledge that I owe them £600 due to an overpayment when I left. This is the first I have head about it! However, in AUG this year I was made BR, will this unknown over payment be included in the BR?

Thanks

Yes it will. You need to speak to the OR and also send them any paperwork relating to this.
