i have 60,000 debt one is a secured loan of 44,000 on my 120,000 house its a joint debt but only me pays it if i went for bankcrupcy what happens to my house?

Hi and welcome.

Is your house in negative equity and are you keeping up with the repayments? Do you have any unsecured debt at all?
