Hi. I will be declaring bankruptcy next month. I have HP car witch im gonna loose. My question is : I need a car anyway I would like to buy something cheap about 600 pounds cash ..what is the best way buying now or day after bankruptcy ?

Hi and welcome.

Probably before - you won't have any spare cash after BR to be able to buy a car.

Hi bobi,

As Niobe has said, you would be best to save up and buy one beforehand. If you need it for work purposes and it's no more than £1000 in value, then it should be fine.

Thank you Viki..I just did..it cost 695 pounds and is 12 years old..but runs well...fair is fair..I need for work becouse is a night work no public transport
