Hi.Just rang the court..have Appointment for bankruptcy friday 16.november. 10 oclock.
Little scare...worst day in my work life.

Do I need close my bussiness before that date ?..

Hi bobi,

Good luck for the 16th, I'm sure it will be fine.

No idea about the business so I'd suggest getting some free advice from either CAB or or one of our experts on here.

Yes Im sole trader and empluying 2 staff part time. no bussiness assets..just our work.

then you can really just stop trading on the day of the bankruptcy
