Hi. I called Black Horse and I told them that I want give them my car back. Do I have to do this before bankruptcy or wait until OR will take care of that??

Hi,

I believe you can do it now and the debt will go into the br.

One of the experts will confirm or otherwise.

Hi bobi,

The OR won't sort out the repossession, but it doesn't matter if Black Horse take it before or after, it will still be included in your bankruptcy.
