i have rented for 2 yrs through an estate agent and am now going bankrupt should i tell them before it happens my contract says no bankrupts will they evict me
I've answered on your other post Jayne, there would be no reason for them to evict you, if you pay your rent on time and are a good tenant. Is it specifically written into your agreement that they would evict if you declare bankruptcy? If it is, then I would speak to him and tell him that it won't affect your payments.
Will I be evicted ?
