I have recently been declared Bankrupt and I am currently awaiting confirmation of my IPA start date from the Official Receivers.
My question is ... do I need to reserve any monies now from my monthly Income pending receipt of the IPA? and also do I declare any bonuses received whilst I am waiting for the signed IPA to come through?
