I have a 3 grand overdraft, with a debt management agency of nearly 3k to pay monthly and paying off a credit card about 500 a month, can I still file for bankrupcy?

Hi and welcome,

Are both debts under the DMP? If you file for bankruptcy then you may still end up paying for three years dependent upon your disposable income.

I suggest you have a chat with an expert for some free advice.
