 My car is being repossessed so I have lost my job. I have no assets. Do I qualify for bankruptcy?

I have approx. 25k worth of debt, my car is being repossessed, so because I work 40 miles away have lost my job. have recently split from my girlfriend so have had to move out of the house we owe back rent on. have no assets. do I qualify for bankruptcy

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Bankruptcy could be an option for you. Speak to an expert (we have one who posts on here called Viki) or visit the CAB. They may well be able to help with housing problems and benefits that you can claim.
