Hi
I was made bankrupt 3 years ago and i should be discharged in jan 2014. I have a loan that was secured on my (last year) repossessed house. And Firstplus are still pursuing me for £12,000 payment. What should i do? It wasn't included in my original bankruptcy as it was secured.......it no longer is as i lost my home etc ages ago with my divorce. My ex wife is now bankrupt too..

Hi Ryan,

If you didn't sign any new agreements with Firstplus after your bankruptcy, then the debt should have been included in the bankruptcy when it was repossessed and became unsecured.

Speak to the OR and give him/her the details.
