| Hi, I need a little help, I am selling my house which I jointly own with my ex, we have two children, my problem started in 2008 when I was laid off from work, I fell into debt and sort advise from cccs they took control and have been a great help, things got out of control when I got a loan from a loan shark and it has spiralled and as a result, we have had to sell the house because of the threats, I owe him now 20k, my ex will take approx 50k to re house herself and my children, I will go into rented accommodation but I will have to file for bankruptcy, will the court grant me? I know I have been stupid but its the only I can get him away from me and the treats to my children, many thanks. |

Had to sell house because of threats from loan shark. Will I be able to file for bankruptcy ?
