i'm confused?? where it says you will be debt free after 12 months ?

i'm confused?? where it says you will be debt free after 12 months but then you have to make monthly payments by a Income Payment Order for 3 years..i know i sound thick but it takes me ages to get my head round this would you have to pay if on benefits?

If you don't have an income from a job and are only on benefits, then you wouldn't get an IPA.

I can confirm what Viki says. I was unemployed all though my BR and I never paid a penny. I am now debt free and will be back in work soon
