Hi. Can I change jobs during bankruptcy. I working nights sometimes and I dont want it anymore. In new job Wages is the same. Do I have to notify OR ?

Hi,

You change jobs - best to notify the OR though if you have an IPA.

If the wage is the same then nothing should it's best to let them know so you are seen to be playing by the rules.

As pcoventry as pointed out, even though the wage is the same, you will need to inform the OR.

In that case i will stay until AD :)..dont wanna remind them about me heheheh :)

Midway through my bankruptcy I changed employer, I phoned the OR to inform her and also mentioned that my income would remain approx the same as before. The change of job made no difference to my prior arrangement with the OR, presumably, because my income remained the same.
