Hi All, not been on for ages, hope things go well for everyone. I was discharged in January but still seem to be getting statement from at lest one creditor. I was told by their solicitors that they are obliged to do this for six years, is this correct & does it mean that I`m obliged to inform creditors &/or the OR if I move house? Many thanks.

If you have been discharged then you have nothing to worry about. Unless you have an IPA then you don't have to inform anyone if you move.

Some creditors do send statements out.
