 Should I consider an IVA or is it bankruptcy for me ?

I currently have £36000 worth of debt, unsecured, I earn roughly this a year, I do not own a home and have no significant assets, my monthly debt payments is around £800 p/m with this and house hold bills, rent, bills food etc my wage is gone, is bankruptcy for me or should I consider an IVA

Hi Chris,

How much can you afford towards your debts each month? Have you missed any payments yet?

I advise you speak to an expert and go through all your options as there are many different solutions if you are struggling.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I echo Viki's words - there are a couple of debt solutions you could consider but please pick up the phone and speak to an expert. The advice is free.
