hi I have 1 year left till my bankruptcy disappears,but I have been asked to guarantee a car loan which I am fine about as its for my daughter.my question is do I get credit checked as well which will probably get turned down so don't know if I should do it thanks
You will be credit checked so it is unlikely that you will be accepted as a guarantor.
