my wife and I are in an interlocking iva and have a vehicle on a joint hp agreement.If I went bankrupt would we lose the car or would the OR allow us to keep it so long as payments were maintained. Thank you
It would be down to the value of the car and also whether or not the HP company would let you keep the payments.
It may well be that you are not allowed to keep the car. Is there a reason why you are having problems with your IVA?
