Hello to all the people who helped through bankruptcy 6 years ago,
Can I have clarification on ppi as I am considering claiming on a policy from 1997 eleven years before my br and a policy that was satisfied in 2001 will the or claim the money or not

Hi, you will need to speak to the OR, as technically, the PPI compensation belongs to them so there would be no point claiming.

However, we had a forum poster recently post that he was allowed to keep it, although, I've not come across this at all.

Yes it is your responsibility to inform the OR, that was one of the terms of the bankruptcy
