I was made bankrupt in march then in february I was repossed as I failed to make the payment of half the arears by a certain date as I was rushed into hospital. The mortgage company was aware of that but still proceeded. I have appealed on the grounds of oppresion which the judge told me to file a witness statement, which I did, it goes back to court on the 8thjuly. I am in the house and the judge allowed. so It may get overturned. As the mortgage posession came first what does that mean to the bankruptcy as technically at the moment I am no longer a home owner.
