i was made bankrupt in sept 2008 so the six years on my credit record finish this month

also this month i turn 55 so would be able to access my personal pension it might well be better for me to wait until april with the new change's

my question is can my lump sum be taken by the OR

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you have been discharged from BR then the OR should not be able to touch your pension as far as I am aware.

Hi snookerman, you are no longer bankrupt, the 6 years thing is just to do with your credit file, so you are safe to do what you want with your pension.
