Hi there and welcome to the forum

The OR will just take you through your statement of affairs, enquire about the reasons for each debt, and assess your income and expenditire to see whether you should pay monthly contributions. They have an element of discretion over the expenditure allowances, so just tell them what you spend and they will assess according to your circumstances.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi Joanna,

It depends on whether it's a telephone or face-to-face interview. My telephone interview only lasted 20 minutes, but face-to-face interviews can last up to 3 hours. It all depends on whether there was a business involved and what assets you have.

Regards
