my aunty left me a legacy two mouths before I was discharged and now it as been taken from me as part of my assets .As a 78 yrs old I find it is unfair

Hi Brian and welcome.

Unfortunately it is an asset and will be paid to your creditors. Not the news you wanted to hear I know.

I deleted your other post by the way because it was a duplicate of this one.

If the money covers your debts and fees etc then anything left over will come back to you.
