Hi cfe If you check out the insolvency service website you will find loads of useful information. The OR office are unable to offer advice, but you will find loads of advice on this forum, and info about the process from those that have been there.
You will find plenty of information about the mechanics or BR from the Insolvency Service etc, but the only way to get really good advice (in relation to your specific circumstances) prior to BR would be to talk to a BR Specialist first.
